Your status

As a Nova Management, Inc. W-2 employee you will receive the same benefits as a full-time employee including Workers' Compensation, unemployment insurance, social security contributions.

We take care of insurance requirements

Nova is already established in all fifty states across the country. You are set to begin supporting your client at any location nationwide. Nova is responsible for all business insurances including general liability, Workers Compensation and professional liability. Without this coverage you the contractor would have to extend additional time money and resources to insure that you are in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

No need to file quarterly returns

When you become a W-2 employee of Nova, there is no quarterly reporting required and your W-2 forms will be automatically generated at the end of the calendar year for your income tax purposes.

Weekly payments

You no longer have to wait 30 , 60 or 90 days to receive payment from your client. You will be paid weekly by Nova via check or direct deposit.
