You Source, We Hire.

Nova is different from a traditional "Payroll" company. These "Payroll" companies only process and cut paychecks. We do much more. In addition to being the legal employer of record with all that this entails, our service is internet based. You simply provide us the contact information of your candidate and we complete his/her application.

We are also not like the typical temporary employment agency. Nova does not have a required length of service, or a fee for conversion. We only invoice our client when we pay the employee. The employee's assignment can last as long as you require!

We conduct background checks on all candidates and can perform any additional screenings that you may require. These checks can include; criminal background checks, drug screenings, validating drivers license, social security verification, and educational credentials.
